Each product page includes a size guide with measurements specific to that item. Measure your pet according to the guidelines provided and compare it to the size chart. If you're unsure, you can always contact our team via email or chat feature on our website.

Please email and send us a photo of the products you have received to info@myloveforpaws.com along with your packing slip and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. We work diligently to ensure your items reach you as quickly as possible, so you and your furry friend can enjoy our products without delay. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or directly on this page by entering your order number and email address.

Please check your spam or junk folder as emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can't find your confirmation, contact us at info@myloveforpaws.com with your order details, and we'll be happy to assist you.

We strive to process orders quickly, but if you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@myloveforpaws.com.

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. Check our Shipping Information page for a list of countries we ship to and estimated delivery times.

Customers may be subject to customs or import taxes based on their location. My Love for Paws is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Returns

You can return your order for a refund as long as the items are full-priced and not on sale or clearance. All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. "My love for paws" will not return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting. Please refer to our return policy here.

Returns are at the cost and responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked postage service to ensure the return arrives safely back to us. "My love for paws" is not responsible for any lost returns that are lost during return shipment transit.

Please allow us 5-8 business days for your refund to be processed. Once your item has been returned to us, upon inspection our team will process the refund if eligible. The time for your refund to reach your bank account depends on your banking provider.

Unfortunately, our prices may change due to seasons, sales, ongoing trends. But this does not mean that an item ordered will be refunded for the amount purchased for the price difference. If you wish to return the item, please follow our return policy and you can order the item again on the discount price. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
