Welcome to My Love for Paws! We're dedicated to delivering our high-quality products to you and your furry friends with care and efficiency. Below, you'll find all the information you need regarding our shipping policies for the USA and Canada.

Shipping Cost

For all orders to the USA and Canada, the shipping fee will be applied at checkout based on your postal code. We ship with UPS Standard/Express, and Canada Post Standard/Express.

We offer free shipping over $120 CAD.

Please note that shipping costs may vary based on promotional offers or specific conditions.

Ottawa Area - Local Pickup

If you're a local pup parent in the Ottawa area, we’ve got you covered with free local pick-ups! Simply choose "Pickup in store" at checkout. Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient time for pickup. It’s as simple and sweet as a belly rub with My Love for Paws!

Shipping Regions

We currently ship exclusively within the USA and Canada. Stay tuned for updates as we look to expand our shipping destinations to include more countries and bring My Love for Paws products to even more pets around the globe.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Canada: Please allow 3-8 business days for standard delivery.
  • USA: Please allow 4-8 business days for standard delivery

Please note that these are estimated shipping times and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, natural occurrences, transportation strikes or customs processing for international orders.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customers may be subject to customs or import taxes based on their location. My Love for Paws is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Orders

Damaged item claims must include photos of the package and item (required), and the issue must be submitted no later than 15 days from when the package was marked delivered.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@myloveforpaws.com. We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been processed for shipping. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, as we will not be able to update the address if the order was processed and shipped out. In this case you can only return the items once you receive them as per our refund policy.
