Refund/Exchange Policy
At My Love for Paws, we pour our hearts into creating products that you and your fur buddies will absolutely adore. We understand that sometimes things might not click as expected, and it’s okay! We’ve got you covered!
Our Promise to You
If for any reason you would like to return your product, we will happily accept your return.
** The items excluded for returns/exchanges include all kinds of enrichment mats, slow feeders, toys and blankets due to hygienic reasons. All clearance items are final sale as well and ineligible for returns.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure the package is postmarked within this timeframe.
- Please include a note with your Order Number, if you have it available.
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. "My love for paws" will not return any products that were damaged because of chewing, biting or mishandling.
- My Love for Paws will not be responsible for any returns that are lost during return shipment transit.
- The customer is responsible for shipping back the items in their original packaging at their own cost. My Love for Paws will not be providing any free return shipping labels.
- We do not provide exchanges except for local exchange pickup in Ottawa, Canada. If you are in or around Ottawa, please contact us via email for local exchanges and we will let you know the next steps. All other "exchanges" will be treated as returns, processed as returns, and the customer will be responsible for placing a new order if they need a new size. This is to ensure that we have the items in stock.
Step-by-Step Return Process
- Get in Touch: To initiate a return please email us on info@myloveforpaws.com with your order details such as order email address and order number. Please provide a detailed description of your reason for return. Photos of the item can help speed up the process.
- Return Instructions: We will verify the order details and let you know the next steps. Once approved, please initiate the return of the items. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs and My Love for Paws will not be providing a return shipping label.
- Processing Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund and send you the confirmation. Expect the refund to hit your original payment method within 7-10 days. Please note: The shipping costs for when the order was placed will not be refunded.
